Adam officially joined us in January 2022. He brings a robust and relevant set of experiences, skills, and capabilities to Teach For America. Adam comes to the organization after most recently leading as Global CIO and Chief Digital Officer at Cushman & Wakefield where he led a transformation over the past nearly 8 years.

Adam comes from a family of educators and has always been drawn to mission-driven organizations. Adam pursued a career in the corporate sector and has stayed on that trajectory. He is at a turning point in his life as he considers this defining moment for our country and our education system and concluded that Teach For America is the only non-profit he would consider working for because of our powerful theory of systemic change, scale, reach, and impact. He is very motivated by our 10-year goal and wants to be a part of the vision we have for the future.
